A Process Built Around Your Project
Every project is different — a logo for a new business, a full website rebuild, a print campaign, or a complete rebrand across every channel. Our process adapts to the brief, but the principles stay the same: clarity at every stage, no surprises, and work that's delivered to the standard we agreed from the start.
Step 1 — Discover
We start by understanding your business properly. Not just what you need, but why you need it, who your customers are, and what success looks like for you. The better the brief, the better the work — and we'll help you shape it if you're not sure where to start.
For web projects this includes a full site audit of your current position, competitor research, and keyword mapping. For branding work, we'll explore your market, your audience and your positioning before a single design is drawn.
Step 2 — Design
We turn the brief into real concepts and present them to you clearly. You'll see actual design work — not mood boards and vague directions — and we'll explain the thinking behind every decision.
You give feedback, we refine, and we keep going until it's right. We include revision rounds in every project and we don't rush this stage. Getting the design right takes the time it takes.
Step 3 — Produce
With design approved, we move into production. For web projects this means building the site from scratch in clean, well-structured code — optimised for speed, search engines and mobile devices. For print, we prepare print-ready artwork to the correct specifications and manage the print process on your behalf.
You don't need to understand the technical detail. That's our job.
Step 4 — Deliver
We deliver the finished work, walk you through it, and make sure you're completely happy before we close the project. For websites, we provide training on how to manage your content. For print, we manage delivery directly to you or your preferred address.
After delivery, we stay available. Hosting, maintenance, ongoing SEO, monthly updates — we're here for the long term, not just the handover.
